No makeup

So Bobbi Brown shot me and many other women for their "real women"/"#seeperfectskin campaign to promote their Skin Foundation Stick SPF 15 and Skin Foundation SPF 15 back in like October last year. I wear their Cool Golden 6.25 shade. Check it out below... (the before pic may shock you, but whatever--giving you the real...and BB has no chill apparently).

So this was the after shot, which is a very natural look...don't mind my lazy eye.

Ok, ok...I admit, this pic made me feel self-conscious af at first because I look fuckin' crazy, but the NEED for them to sell this damn foundation is to blame lol. Sales are sales. This was the before shot, which I feel like they exaggerated my blemishes and chose the 'I'm not ready' pic, but that's fine because those are now gone thanks to my skincare regimen (which I've been trying to put yall on to). Also, don't mind my lazy eye UGH.

This is me now without makeup and I have my skincare regimen to thank for clearing up the blemishes. I still have 0 brows (that's the boy brow you see above & below).

I use Klur's products (formerly known as Klurskin) that include a retinol at night that I use 2-3 times a week and a great glycolic cleanser (that's currently available) among other awesome things which will launch soon. I also use Glossier's super glow & super pure serums along with the priming rich moisturizer...I use these religiously. ALSO, if you haven't tried Bobbi Brown's serums from their new Remedies collection, do it NOW--they're soooo good.
I mean, I need you to see this new found clarity that I've reached with these products...

Stay tuned on my IG page to see all the other products I've used over the last couple of months.

One Step.

If you're anything like me and tend to get lazy once in a while (at the least) when it comes to washing your face at night, you need something simple. Besides micellar water or face wipes, these 4 facial cleansers shown below tend to work great as a one step process. If I don't feel like going in with my regimen, I'll literally just use one of these cleansers to remove my makeup and generally cleanse and tone my oily/combo skin.

From left to right:
CocoKind Organic Facial Cleansing Oil
• This feels a little heavier on my face, which I don't mind in the winter. After I use this to cleanse my face, my skin feels thoroughly moisturized and almost like I applied a face oil/serum to my skin, so I end up skipping my moisturizer. You can probably skip a moisturizer if you have combo/dry skin as well when using this. I also like that it's all natural.

Ole Henriksen African Red Tea Foaming Cleanser
• The foamy texture of this cleanser feels really refreshing and it smells really good. It has a sweet orange/candyish scent, which I really enjoy. My skin feels very smooth after I use this. In the summer, I can actually skip my moisturizer, but in the winter it's moisturizing enough for me to use just a lightweight one.

Glossier Milky Jelly Cleanser
• This is actually one of my all-year round favorites. I can literally use it any time of year and it will still keep my skin super clean yet super moisturized. It melts my makeup right off and gently cleanses my skin. I can usually skip a moisturizer if I'm too lazy and my skin is just fine.

Belif Creamy Cleansing Foam Moist
• A little goes a long way with this cleanser. All I need is a pea size amount and it foams up perfectly. It's very moisturizing and I've only used it in the winter so far and can admit that it's sufficient to skip a moisturizer if you have oily/combo skin. Also, it's Korea's #1 skincare brand and I totally have to agree--it's definitely one of the better Korean skincare brands I've tried.

There you have it--one step cleansers for when you're too tired.
